Log in to your Shopee account and check your Purchase History. Look for the order that matches the amount reflected on your credit card or bank statement.
1. If you find a transaction that matches but you did not place the order:
Check if anyone (eg., child/spouse/parent) who might have access to your Shopee account placed the order.
If not, your account has likely been compromised. We strongly encourage you to immediately change your account password and ShopeePay PIN, and contact Customer Service for assistance.
2. If you cannot find a transaction in your Shopee account that matches the amount reflected on your credit card or bank statement:
Check if anyone (eg., child/spouse/parent) with authorization to use your bank account/credit card might have placed the order.
If not, contact your bank/card issuer immediately to see if the payment can be canceled. Contact Shopee’s customer service to follow up on this matter, so our team can take appropriate action and better protect your account from fraudulent transactions.
